 Now that you have selected a product, target market, and explored the industry it's time to think about how you will communicate value to that market. For this piece of your project provide the following:

• Develop a value proposition, the value delivery system, and the touch points your customer will encounter.
• Develop two customer relationship management programs you might use. For example some firms use rewards programs as part of their customer relationship program.
