Module 05 Discussion - HR in a Unionized Company

 In a unionized work environment, it's critical that the labor union(s) and human resources management work together. The mutual goal is to create and maintain a positive workforce for productivity and satisfaction. The presence of a labor union poses a number of challenges for HR management. Conduct academic research and identify at least two of these challenges. Then, suggest ways for HR managers to overcome these challenges.
