- Develop a personal code of ethics that lists at least five ethical principles that you use to guide your decisions.
- Explain the rationale for each principle in your personal code of ethics. Why is each principle important?
- Describe how your personal code of ethics impacts your decision-making process?
- For each principle in your personal code of ethics, discuss whether or not it would be a good principle for a company or organization to include in its corporate code of ethics. Why or why not?
- Discuss the potential consequences of violating a code of ethics, whether personal or corporate. Be sure to discuss the impact on key stakeholders (e.g. family, friends, coworkers, etc.).
- Use at least three credible sources.
