Module 04 Course Project 1- Content Mapping

 

Now that you are well versed on Content Mapping, create the content map for the content that will exist on your 5-page website.

The website can include pages such as the following:

• Home Page
• Contact Us
• Product
• FAQs
• Or About Us page.

The map that you will be creating can be composed in Microsoft Word in a Table format. You will be creating two tables. Table 1 should look like the following table.

Ensure Consumer Needs are met

Purchasing Quality products

Producing sales

Receiving adequate assistance at the POP

The goal of the map is to offer insight into creating content that will be beneficial for both the business and the visitor.

Table 2 should analyze each goal and categorize which page will best suit the goal and what information can be offered.

Produce quality information about the product; offer easy checkout and live assistance during purchase

Receiving adequate assistance at the POP (point of purchase)

Home page /Purchase page /FAQs

Offer live chat assistance and additional information if they have a common question about the product
