Module 03 Discussion

You have just begun your new role as a Director with a global healthcare company. As they are creating a marketing campaign for your healthcare company, two of your direct reports make comments about different cultures’ “odd” beliefs. After speaking to both of the employees about this unprofessional behavior, you decide to host a monthly lunch and learn about different cultures in order to promote education and equality. 

For your initial post, select a culture different from your own and create a brief outline about cultural factors that affect that population’s healthcare choices.
