Module 02: Individual or Team Reward Discussion

Have you ever worked under an incentive plan? Describe it to us. Be sure to tell us if it was individual or team based. Evaluate the plan critically, based on your chapter readings to date.

In addition to the rubric posted here, these are additional requirements for our discussions. Your first posting is due by Wednesday of the week, and the second by Friday of the week. This enables your class mates to respond to what you have stated. Late postings will result in a loss of points for the discussion. In addition to the original posting, at least 2 substantive responses  to your class mates are the expectations for this course.
