1. Obtain a copy of your school's discipline plan (MAKE ONE UP) and evaluate that plan using the questions and model detailed on pp. 39-41 of Discipline with Dignity. Write a  to 500-word summary of your evaluation.
2. Ask at least four colleague volunteers to complete the discipline plan survey in Appendix B of Discipline with Dignity. Include their survey responses. Write a 500-word summary of the data, analyzing the results.
3. Update your school’s plan so that it incorporates the concepts you have learned in this course and in the readings: prevention, understanding, responsibility and intervention/support for students to create lasting behavior change.
4. Submit both the original and the updated plans.
