Topic 2: Nurse’s Role in Communication of Health Promotion Initiative

You have been assigned the task to create a website to provide online social support for a new weight loss group formed at your local hospital. Your nurse manager has asked you to present your ideas to administration to gain funding for this communication tool.

1. Discuss the website proposal      with your classmates as if they were the key stakeholders deciding to fund      this support group.
2. Support your choices with at      least one peer reviewed article supporting use of online resources as      valid methods of communication.
