InstructionsNow that you have completed the priority aspects of 1.0 and 2.0 of the Hoshin-Kanri Model for strategic planning, the time has come to complete aspect 3.0.

• Reflect back on the goals identified in your Part 1 and Part 2 assignments.
• Create a PowerPoint presentation that outlines at least 3 measures you will utilize to evaluate the outcome of implementation of your strategic plan.
• Describe how the organization will utilize the information for each measure in the evaluation process.

Citations to support any factors or evidence incorporated are expected.   A list of references for citations should be included on the reference slide. References should be current, published in the last five years using 7th edition APA format. Ensure reference links are enabled so faculty can access each reference.
