First, create a word document where you go through and identify problems with the survey, and how you intend to fix them! Think about what kind of data is being gathered, how it would be used, how it could be better crafted, etc.
NEXT, using Qualtrics, recreate the SW survey demonstrating how to use the tools successfully. REALLY FOCUS on fixing violations of the "do not do" and "definitely do" issues discussed around survey development.
