Mission letter

I need a letter for the Clinics / Doctors office to show them what we do and how it will help other student if you allow our student to shadow. and something about them being a part of a journey of a pre-med student who are interested into there ( whatever doctor is specialized in) field and can help student better understand the knowledge of medicine through a experience doctor like you (doctor). 

I have attached a Brochure that explain what our club is about and what we do.
