Data Visualization is the presenting the data in the pictorial or a graphical format. This format makes clear view of the concept to understand easily. Creating the given data or information in to graphical or pictorial format makes easily accessible and detailed. As, when the huge data is shared in form of pictorial and graphical format it is very easier than sharing the data in documentation and the reports. So, Data Visualization can also be used in areas for better improvement and to clarify the what type of issues are influencing the customers, which can help where the products are needed to be placed with the better sales of goods and predicting those sales. This makes the change in the IT where the way of working with data and expecting the errors very fast and respond to those issues.

Geographical Information System (GIS) is designed to make the data in geographical format. This can be used to make a store, altering, capturing, and manging all types of data. Mainly this concept belongs to spatial which means it refers to the locations on the earth. Here the data is contributed in a tabular form which can be named as attribute data. This data can add the data which are related to spatial features. By using GIS, it can be used as both for problem solving and making a decision. It can used to identify the locations as well. GIS is a computer-based information system which can be used to analyse the data features digitally so, every particle is converted to analog to digital format. So, every cell is georeferenced and can be associates to the database. This forming can be referred as Georeferencing. This can be used in every aspects of our life by pointing the needed things in a geographical form.
