Class Discussion 2

 The situation:

You are the Administrator of a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), which specializes in rehabilitation for geriatric patients. Your facility is beginning several new projects this year, including a new bar coding system for your medications, an Electronic Medical Record (EMR system), and you are making a major renovation to your therapy gym. 

Obviously you cannot direct the work on all of these projects yourself.

The question: 

1- Who else would you involve in the projects? 

2- How would you go about delegating to them?

3- What methods would you use?

Spell out exactly what you would say to your subordinates while using the 3 elements in the process of delegation.
