Mini-Paper #3: Amendment Support or Amendment Dissent

Students  are expected to critically analyze and evaluate a crime control policy/statute. A typewritten 1-2 page paper is required on the amendment support or amendment dissent. The paper must be double-spaced, with 1.0 inch margins, using Times New Roman 12 point type. It should include a title page, executive summary, body of paragraphs with subheadings, conclusion, in-text citations, and a reference page with 1-2 cited works and 1 page executive summary. Of the total works cited, half should be from academic journals or books published by an academic press. Works cited and the references should be in APA format (details of the APA format can be found at http://www.docstyles.com).
