military service

 Joe has just returned from military service overseas. He has PTSD He has  returned home and is employed at a large store where you are a  manager.  Under the ADA a manager can give reasonable accommodation  for a disability if it does not impose an undue burden.  Joe's main  problems are 1) he has trouble falling to sleep 2) he has trouble with  loud noises 3)he does not like it when people are behind him 4) becomes  overwhelmed when talking to too many people at once.  How can you  accommodate him at your store.
