 Purpose of Assignment:The creation of this child development milestone chart will identify and sort typical milestones across ages of child development, to demonstrate the student’s recognition of these ages and stages.Course Competency:Summarize child development milestones, needs, and characteristics of children birth to age 8.Instructions:Content:Research the following four age groups, to identify three typical milestones within each specific age group. Include at least one main reference citation to show the research source for this information, whether in your textbook or other additional websites or references. Include any resources you use in your Reference page.

• Infant (ages 0-18 months)
• Toddler (ages 18-36 months)
• Preschool (ages 3-5 years)
• Early School-age (ages 5-8 years)
