Introduction
Problem Statement
In this section provide your problem statement. Be sure your problem statement is very specific. Besides just having a statement about the problem, include detail and peer-reviewed and additional recourses to substantiate there is a problem. Include information in regard to the purpose of your proposal and what you hope to accomplish.
Overview of the Issue
In this section, you will be providing more information on the issue you selected. Include a discussion on the affect of your identified issue on population health, on health outcomes, on vulnerable populations and your organization’s healthcare reimbursement policies and procedures (if applicable). In general, include all information that you think is necessary to establish a comprehensive analysis and foundation for understanding your chosen issue and proposed program.
Determine whether the issue involves a specific target population or populations. If so, be sure that the target population’s need that you investigate is supported by literature. In the event that your issue does not address a target population’s needs, you may investigate healthcare issues that impact specific organizations, or your specific interests in the area of healthcare.
Target Audience
In this section, you will identify to whom you would present your proposal and an explanation as to why and how you believe they could help solve the problem. This section should describe your target audience (such as healthcare executives, administrators, and clients) in relation to this proposal and why your proposal would be relevant for this audience. For example, how might your proposal help hospital administrators make effective and ethical decisions surrounding patient safety and quality?
Continue in this format for each required Milestone area or section as well as your final paper.

3. Project Impact:
· Improved physician awareness and knowledge leading to better care outcomes.
· Enhanced access to specialized care for patients with sickle cell disease.
· Policy changes that eliminate stereotypes and improve support for patients.
4. Measurable Outcomes:
· Increase in physician participation in the educational program.
· Improvement in patient satisfaction surveys regarding care received.
· Number of policy recommendations implemented.
By addressing these aspects, I aim to create a focused and impactful capstone project that can make a significant difference in the care and support provided to patients with sickle cell disease.
I look forward to collaborating with all of you as we complete our Master of Healthcare Administration degree and work towards achieving our career goals. Thank you.
