Please upload and submit your completed Excel spread sheet and Record sheet for your unknown project here. Complete excel sheet by highlighting all your results for each unknown bacteria and every test to show your work process. Complete the Record sheet word document by filling in the "obeservation" and "intepretation" sections of each test outlined in the Record sheet, then fill in your name, unknown bacteria at the bottom of the sheet. For example, if the Urease Test is positive because it changed color from "white" to "black", you would document your observation column for urease test, as "white to black color change" and intepretation column as "positive". Samples of these 2 documents are attached below and can also be found in blackboard under the link "Unknown project materials".
