When you are reporting the manager's answers, you can either paraphrase (for ex: Ms. Jackson stated that she always discusses ... ) or you can report the answers in quotation marks as they are (for ex: "I always discuss such situations openly with my employees...") More important than the actual manager answers are "your own analyses and recommendations" where you used our class concepts and models to analyze the answers.
