PART A: SWOT ANALYSIS

SWOT analysis is a very useful tool to conduct environmental scan. SWOT analysis analyzes strengths and weaknesses of an organization, identifies opportunities and threats in external environment (Dess et. al., 2o15). SWOT analysis for Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) implementation project is conducted. SWOT matrix is presented in figure 1.
