You’ll use valuable skills in logistics and supply chain management to gain a competitive advantage through the implementation of new strategic directions.

In this assessment, you will complete your strategic implementation plan, which demonstrates that you can integrate leadership skills to support the strategic implementation of operational plans.   

Assessment Deliverable

Complete part 2 of your strategic implementation plan in 700 to 1,050 words.

Assess the leadership skills required to execute your implementation plan and identify any skill gaps that must be addressed through training and development programs. Be sure you consider cultural competence in your assessment that will foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. 

Select which 1 of the following generic strategies will be employed for your implementation plan and briefly explain how it will be used to gain or maximize competitive advantage:

Incorporate the key competitive advantages in your implementation plan. Explain how they are included in your approach.

Explain how the organizational design may change because of your implementation plan.

Create a timeline for your implementation plan and include major milestones.
