MGT312T Week 4 Team Apply- Team Dynamics Assignment

We will be discussing a functional team and how it works both positively and negatively. What is the difference between a team and a group? The difference is that everyone in a team has the same shared end goal and a group does not. A great example of this would be our team here. We all have the same shared end goal, to get a full grade on this project. We have decided to pick a specific team from the reading to focus this project on.
