Utilizing your organization, identify the supply chain opportunity. You may choose a company if you are not working or have a company to discuss.  

· If you are considering "fix and improve something already existing" (p. 258), then utilize Goldratt's theory of constraints as your guidelines (Chapter 6).

· If your organization should "build something new," utilize the resources found in Chapter 8 to create your process.
