CONTENT:
Part 1) An analysis of the results of your Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI).
· Do you think your 4-letter type accurately reflects your personality? (What was most accurate? Was there anything that did not accurately describe you?)
· How you would use this information in the following:
1.
1. Personal Growth (For example: How will you use the information to develop a better understanding of the way you interact with/communicate with others, navigate challenges, and create a more balanced approach to life and work.
1. Career Choice (For example: Do you think your personality is a good fit for the career path you have chosen?)
1. Work Style (For example: How will this information help you to manage others, resolve conflicts, deal with stress and change in the workplace, make better decisions, and be a more effective group leader?
Part 2) An analysis of the results of each PIA that includes your score for each. Comment on each of the following Pearson Personal Inventory Assessments contained in weeks 1-6. How did these exercises help you to become more self-aware? What do you think your primary strengths and weaknesses are? Which areas do you think you need to do more work on to become an effective co-worker or manager? Do not interject or combine your analysis of the MBTI here. You will summarize both assessments in the Conclusion. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not allowed.
