Assignment Directions: 

You will analyze a case study involving a leader who demonstrates a high or low level of emotional intelligence. In a 4–5 page paper, you will assess how the leader’s emotional intelligence influenced team outcomes, collaboration, and conflict resolution. The analysis should include the application of at least two EI theories and provide recommendations for enhancing emotional intelligence in similar situations.
