 Bivariate Associations and Hypothesis testing, you are to test for meaningful associations between the 3 variables you chose in Module 2, or their recoded versions. Meaningful associations are ones that make sense logically and empirically, as explained in Chapter 13 of your textbook. You will have to decide which measures of association (Lambda or Gamma) to use, and explain your choices. Don’t forget to answer the 3 hypothesis testing questions: Is there an association? What is the strength of the association? And what is the direction of the association? (If not applicable, state why not.)
