b)Create a 15 page APA formatted  essay DECONSTRUCTING any peer reviewed journal article on Mergers and Acquisitions. 

DETAILS: The finished work must be presented in two forms:

1) A 3 page PAPER OUTLINE of the DECONSTRUCTED 15 page article with an Introduction, Conclusion ,and Reflections paragraph.

2) The entire 15 page Essay.
