Memorandum

I just got an email from our contact at Amazon. They are planning to disrupt a new industry, just as they already have with online retail, supermarkets (Whole Foods), cloud computing (Amazon Web Services), etc. The team, a group of Amazon’s most senior executives, is divided about which industry Amazon should enter next. 

Amazon has apparently reached out to all of the elite consulting firms asking for one recommendation from each firm. What’s more, my contact said that Amazon has committed to hire the consulting firm that recommends the accepted option for all future consulting projects relating to the new business. 

The team needs a memo with our recommendation, and we need you to draft it. 700 words. No citations needed.
