Story as I was a player in academy soccer team when my age was 15. My Journey as a beginner player to the first squad. I began watching world cup and other events that push me to dream to be a soccer player. I reached the first team but the culture of soccer made me quit at the age of 18 though I succeeded reaching first team  

The culture was affecting as I entered the world of sport especially soccer professional world. 

Job goals expectation from culture, especially in a sport soccer culture where It is a rough work culture.
