For this assignment, you will write a (fictional) 2–3 page memo to the board of the organization you have been researching and evaluating. In this memo, you will recommend some performance measures and a process to capture them. Be sure to include the following:

• Recommend outcome and/or impact measures and a process to capture them.
• Recommend a set of performance measures for the board to review on a regular basis that will benefit both the clients and the organization.
• Articulate why your performance measures are important and how you will determine from one reporting period to the next how you will analyze the measures.
