Memo

After reading Ch. 3 in the Collins/Kanashiro text, Gansan's assigned Ch. 2 & 3, and the Barbosa & de Oliveira (2021) article (link on syllabus) ... respond to one of the following questions with 2 full analytical paragraphs of solid arguments to support your discussion. We will use these questions to inform our discussions in class on Thursday (be sure to cite your sources at the end of your posting):

• Q1: Regarding corporate leadership, what is the role of ethical values for the six traditional shareholder-oriented governance systems? Why?
  
• Q2: What are the specific best practices for corporate governance as it relates to stakeholders (i.e., labor, or consumer, or other stakeholder  issues) that challenge the idea of an ethical free market system? How does this relate to AI? 
• Q3: Why should corporate leaders take on social responsibilities for diversity and equity beyond focusing on increasing profits for their owners and obeying the law? How does this relate to AI?
