Members as Leaders

 Write a 500-word essay explaining the concept of “members as leaders.” Using the diagram from the Unit Lesson of the key elements, apply those concepts to a healthcare team you have been part of. How did you see each element impacting the overall productivity of the team? In your essay, break down each element into a separate section of the essay. Be sure to include an introductory paragraph, several paragraphs in the body of the essay, and a solid concluding paragraph followed by a list of your references. Access the an online library, and use at least one outside source plus our textbook to support your ideas and thoughts. Use APA style for in-text citations and your reference listings.
