Mechanical design of A sphere

I would like to design a sphere to be inserted in a pipe 

the max pressure is 10k psi

max temperature is 150 C 

min pressure is 2k psi

the diameter is 4 in

I would like to know every step taken 

how to calculate the pressure ,stress, what material can resist 10k psi 

what should be the thickness of the wall

anything I missed
