McDonalds lawsuit

Read the following press release ( from 4/13/11) from the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission dealing with a lawsuit filed against McDonald's.

Discuss your views on this lawsuit - do you feel it is a valid lawsuit?  Why or why not?  What should management do to prevent lawsuits like this from being filed in their restaurant?
