mathematical programming

This is a bonus section that combines functions and solving linear equations.  This section allows you to explore your knowledge, so I want you to write a function to solve  

 

on the interval [0,1] but takes the ℎ as an input and outputs the approximation for ????(1). 

 

I will include an example function in my shared space once the due date for this assignment has passed.  In the meantime, send me the solution you write.  I will provide feedback. 

 

 

Conclusion In this lesson, you touched on basic Matrix operations, using matrix operations to solve differential equations and writing functions.  The basic method for solving the differential equations is called a first-order approximation.  You will get to expand on these concepts in future assignments, but these are the “fundamental” idea for many scientific problems.
