 The lesson notes that there are many examples of highly ethical public leaders but also notes the headlines are full of those that are not so ethical. Give an example and links to a current issue that demonstrates a lack of ethical conduct at any level of public service or government.

What rules/laws were violated?

What was the outcome if there was an investigation or trial? 

Do you think that was a reasonable outcome? 

What could have been done early on to avoid that outcome?
