(i) Micro-environmental forces comprise internal factors that have a direct and specific impact on the marketing operations of a company. Explain micro-environmental factors that could affect the company's ability to serve its customers.


(ii) Explain the five (5) macro-environment forces that would affect the success of its marketing activities and explain how marketers should respond to each of the macro-environment forces.
