Managing Teams

• Research a team that you believe that has been particularly successful.  This can be a business team, sports team, political team, etc.  It has to be one, though, that there is information on the web so that I can verify its existence.  Not, for example, a high school sports team for which you played or a high school musical group.  Based on your research, answer the following questions in 2-3 double spaced (850-1,000 words), 12 point, typed pages.

1. How was the team successful?
2. What are the characteristic of this model team?
3. What difficulties did it encounter
4. How did the team overcome these difficulties

While you do not have to cite throughout the paper, I do want you to list the sources you used at the end of the paper.  You can use any sources you would like.
