Think of a situation in which an incident response plan was needed and how it would have improved the management of the incident. How could you utilize a gap analysis matrix within your own work environment? Provide an example, either within your work environment or in society at large, of when a risk analysis or risk register had a positive impact on goal setting or planning, in general, for an organization.
