Description
The Assignment is based on your reading and analysis of “ Managing Oneself ” by Peter Drucker, on the reading “ What Makes a Leader
” by Daniel Goleman, and on the Goleman videos and class discussion on Emotional Intelligence.
In addition to a requirement for this course, this assignment is designed to be of PERSONAL BENEFIT TO YOU. Therefore, the expectation is that YOUR voice is in the answers. Do not feed back to me what you have read. Rather write about how what you have read translates to your own self-assessment of your life and personal direction. Your responses will be held in strictest confidence.
The Assignment
Make time for self-reflection and analysis, and answer the following questions:
First – 75 Points (15 points each question):
Drucker puts forth the premise that: "To build a life of excellence, begin by asking yourself these questions." You are to restate and number each question, and then provide your answer for each. (200 words is average level work for each)
