managing change
Chapter 8 in your eText focuses on change resistance. Consider a change that someone asked you to make AND which you initially felt some feelings of resistance. This could be from your work, school, or personal experience. Why did you initially not want to make the change? Did you eventually make the change? Why or why not? Did the person who asked you to make the change effectively persuade/motivate you to make the change? What could have been done differently to minimize your resistance to change? Give specific examples to support your thoughts.
