There is a lot of interesting data out there which can be used for forecasting. 

Consider: https://www.bls.gov/data/   Go there.  Click on top pics and then pick a data series and go back as far as you want.  Then do several forecasts and tell a story of your forecast.   That's the first one.

Second one.  Go to yahoo finance.  Pick a stock and then (yes you can do this and its free) download the data and do a forecast of the closing price of a stock.  There are some interesting ones.  Tesla!  Yeah.  Tell a story of this forecast.
