Assignment 2: Data manipulation

Assignment 2 Objective: Prepare a managerial report, starting with an executive summary; expected length up to 2 pages APA format, excluding cover page, table of content, and appendixes.

1. Import your data into R-Studio
2. Determine the average price of 1 square foot of residential real estate in your neighborhood for each year
3. Filter your data to focus on residential real estate with adequate information for your model (remove fields with 0 for price or square feet)
4. Repeat step 2 with your new dataset
5. Compare your selected neighborhood with nearby neighborhoods
6. Write 1-2 pages summarizing your findings
