reflections on how the best leaders/teams should run/be run.  Yet, so often, in the real world, efforts are side-tracked and under-minded by active and passive individual behaviors.  Of course, the difficult challenge is to not just have a good idea/strategy but to realize it.  No platitudes - but where does it all go wrong?  OR, when it goes right - what is the key differentiator?  AND, perhaps most important, what is your obligation as a team member to ensure the process/strategy succeeds?
