Please see attached file for details. The purpose of this project is to investigate the experience of anxiety and fear in organizations. Anxiety and fear are powerful emotions that organizational members can experience at times and we will investigate this further by exploring the experiences of actual employees and how they feel about and experience issues related to these emotions, such as how they experience them, why and with what consequences. To this end, you will be asked to do a case experience in which you are to create three stories of fear/anxiety in organizations.
