The Classical Management perspective consists of Administrative Management (Management of the Organization) and Scientific Management (Supervision of the Individual Worker)and also the Human Relations/Behavioral Management perspective recognizing the importance of the social/group process in motivation and satisfaction in the work place.  In viewing today's organizations, are these perspectives in use today? is one perspective superior to another?  Why or why not?  Be certain to provide support for your position.
