This discussion should only be completed AFTER you have thoroughly read and reviewed this week's assigned materials AND you have thoroughly read and reviewed the discussion criteria in the instructions and grading rubric. After watching the video featuring John Rubino on reward structures, do you agree or disagree with his position on the need for organizations to move towards a more variable reward structure and the resulting outcomes he espouses? Which aspects of his argument do you agree with and which do you disagree with relative to organizational effectiveness. Explain with support.
