Initial discussion posts are due on Wednesdays each week at 11.55pm CST and follow up posts are due on Fridays each week by 11.55pm CST. 2. Is pay an effective organizational reward? Does the fact that a chief executive officer makes 20 times as much as the lowest-paid member of the company have any effect on the value of pay as a determinant of organizational performance? Explain with support.
3. After watching the video featuring John Rubino on reward structures, do you agree or disagree with his position on the need for organizations to move towards a more variable reward structure and the resulting outcomes he espouses? Which aspects of his argument do you agree with and which do you disagree with relative to organizational effectiveness. Explain with support.
