The RLP is based on your primary learnings of this course and how  this will add value to your future learning and professional objectives.

Your RLP must contain the following five sections:

1. Define what supervision, management, and leadership mean to you in  your words (use supporting citations from which you have constructed  your meaning from your text or outside sources).

2. Describe if you have had management, leadership and/or supervision  experience in your life (i.e., you will describe if have you been  responsible for leading, managing, and/or supervising something or  someone).

3. Highlight your primary learnings in this course and how you  believe they will add value to your current and future positions. Cite  and Reference your textbook.

4. Reflect and address what you wish to accomplish with your degree  (education) – career goals and what have you learned from this course  that will help you achieve your goals and build a successful career. You  will also provide a strategy for reaching your goals.

5. List and describe your reasons for selecting one or more resource  (book, website, tool, etc.) that you will review after this class to  continue your professional and personal development.
