This week was focused on management and leadership. One key aspect that stood out was the comparison between intelligence quotient (IQ) and emotional quotient (EQ). While people will always select higher IQ person for technical positions?  they will look for higher EQ on a lay worker? people with Higher EQ has better potential to learn practical skills than a person with higher IQ.?  persons with medium IQ, must have higher EQ's to grow in their field or skills.?
