Understanding individual differences is important in organizational behavior. This assignment will require you to complete four assessments (MBTI, Big Five, & locus of control/self-monitoring) and write a one page summary.

Discussion 1 Write-up

You should write a summary analyzing your personal characteristics as an individual. Address the following questions in your discussion: 

1. Discuss anything new you learned from completing these assessments.
2. According to these assessments, what are your greatest strengths?
3. According to these assessments, what are your weaknesses?
4. How are the different assessment results related to one another?
5. Do any assessment results conflict from one another?
